Holosuite One

[Tassadar Locke]

The lift came to a stop at Deck two, and Tassadar stepped out. He followed the corridor around the curve, and stepped into the holosuite as the doors opened. Once inside, he tapped at the PADD, and uploaded the design into the holobuffer. "Computer, activate holo-emitters. Display Helm chair prototype alpha one."

A chair of standard design appeared, sitting on the floor of the holosuite. He slowly walked around it, manipulating the PADD he had in hand. Small adjustments here, bigger ones there. This chair, when completed, would be a work of art.

Well, it would have been a work of art. With a sigh, he saved the file, and encrypted it. He realized it looked like a booster seat; an she probably wouldn't go for that. Instead, he tapped into his PADD, and eliminated the seat portion of the extension. Instead opting for just the extending cushion in the rear.

"Computer, display Helm chair; prototype Alpha 2." It shimmered into existence, and he manipulated the controls. With a nod, he decided this was it. "Computer, upload design for Helm Chair Prototype Alpha 2 into the computer memory. Have one replicated immediately; authorization Locke Delta Five Blue." When the computer chimed in acknowledgment, he used the PADD to disengage the holo-emitters, and made his way back to Engineering.
